American Academy of Physicians (ACP)

LC Education Consulting completed an accessibility review of ACP MKSAP, a digital learning platform developed by the American College of Physicians. The project included manual testing with JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver, as well as automated testing and tablet testing, to identify barriers affecting users with disabilities. Screen recordings and screenshots were organized into a presentation for the client, with explanations of the accessibility barriers and a remediation roadmap to help guide next steps. LC Education Consulting also developed a VPAT for the platform. After accessibility improvements were made, the site was retested and additional feedback was provided, followed by an updated VPAT reflecting the changes.
